DD will be starting daycare soon and it will be her first time away from family. She's fine with being left with my mom or MIL but they are the only people who have really babysat her since she was an infant. She will only be going one and a half day a week.

I keep telling her soon she'll be going to "school" and she seems excited. I'd love to find a book that would help explain this to her (that DH and I won't be there, she'll be with other kids, have teachers, etc). Has anyone seen anything like this for a very little kid? I want to prepare her as much as possible.

Any other suggestions for starting daycare/preschool would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
