I know you had mentioned you were looking to purchase in Centereach, I was just wondering what type of house were you looking for ideally, ranch, hi-ranch etc. I live in Centereach and theres at least 10 houses in within a few blocks from me up for sale. There is also a brand new one being built a few houses up from me. Just wondering, so I can keep my eyes open for you

There are about 3 right around the block from me too. Actually one is right across the street. I looked them up - they are all on MLSLI. Let me know if you want any details on them.
