Having trouble coping

Last week we found out that I had another missed miscarriage at 7 wks after an FET , a few months ago the same thing happened with our IVF cycle. My dr is being proactive and planning on a thrombo panel & autoimmune testing for us and pgd on our frozen embies. I just feel really sick to my stomach right now with all of this and am so scared for the future. I don't know how to cope with this and make peace with it. I guess I'm looking for advice, hopeful stories, I don't know

I wish I had a hopeful success story of my own to share, but I know there are many out there! It's so hard to feel like you've come so close and then have it all come crashing down again. I've been there many .. many times. I always get so frustrated when people POAS and post on the pregnancy board that same day. I *wish* I could be that person again..... I was just telling my dh there will never be a pregnancy (regardless of who is carrying) like my first where I POAS at 10dpo and announced it to my family the very next day. Innocence was lost the day my baby's heart stopped beating and sadly, you're just never the same again with any future pregnancies.

What's so important is the testing you're doing now should hopefully reveal answers that will bring you to your winning protocol. Treatments like lovenox ... intralipids... are all so effective in helping women who suffered multiple losses to achieve a healthy pregnancy.

My best advice is to give your body a chance to heal, both physically and emotionally. This process stinks royally but a bit of a break between cycles to catch your breath and give your body a chance to heal can do WONDERS.

Aww, I'm so sorry, hun Lord knows I've been there...am there.

All I can say is that, despite the heartbreak of RPL, data shows that girls who can get pregnant have a better chance of staying pregnant...eventually. Try to take it as a sign that things are working, but you just need some more perseverance and information gathering.

Thanks for the support and hugs girls! I appreciate it. I agree Pennycat that it really stinks we will never get to experience that happiness of a positive test or beta or even sono at this point it's just like holding your breath through each moment. I just want to have faith at this point that we are going to make it through this horrible journey to where we are successfully pregnant for 9 months and have a healthy baby in our arms and it'll all be worth it.

So sorry you are going through this. It's not easy and I think we've all been there before.

For me... I noticed I've been putting a timeline on everything and when nothing happens or I hit a bump in the road that detours me I get upset and depressed. I have to keep reminding myself my day will come. I may not be able to predict when and it may take longer than some, but it will come. Moving forward I'm going to try to go with the flow and set no limits (easier said than done).

Thanks to you all. I know it'll get a little easier with time and when we can actually move forward again. This is a hard road hopefully we can look back sooner than later and it see that it was all worth it.
