I was on PIO (a** is sore)and was given the ok to switch to Crinone(progesterone gel). Just did my first application (within the hour) and I am now having mega cramps. Feels like AF is lurking. I'm 2dp5dt did anyone else have this? What did you take or use so it wouldn't hurt as bad?

i'm on crinone and e2v suppositories (and PIO) and i have cramping on and off all day. i think i read somewhere that cramping is pretty normal with progesterone suppositories. i've been trying to drink a TON of water so they will subside and it seems to help.

I had cramping when I was on crinone. I didn't take anything... Just relaxed as much as possible.
