Can I still get away with black peep toe heels and bare legs with a black cocktail dress? It is an evening reception.
or
Do you think I should wear these closed toe black suede stacked heels I have with bare legs
or
Wear the closed stacked suede heels with dark black tights

I can't imagine why not. I never wear stockings/tights so I go bare legged year round.

i never wear stockings, so even if i was going to a winter wedding, i wouldn't wear them. Plus, i feel like its more acceptable now to wear strappy sandals/peep toe shoes during the colder months
