anyone go to their NT scan alone?
I don't think DH can get off from work for our NT scan and I'm pretty bummed. I kind of want him there to share the excitement but also to be there in case anything is wrong. Did anyone else go by themselves?

I think I might have gone alone for my second dd. There's a good chance I will go alone this time as well, but he is working on it.

I did not go alone, but could your bring your mom or your MIL (or both)? I'm sure they would like to see the baby.

If he can't go see if someone else can come with you. When I got my full NT results back they wanted to get me in for a CVS that day and there was no way DH could have made it into the city in time for the appointment. My sister lives in the city so I called her up and she came to the CVS with me.

DH couldn't come to either one. My mom came with DD and I went alone this pregnancy.

With both my sons no one came with me. DH couldn't get work off and I never thought to ask anyone else.

Like others have said; see if you could get your Mom; MIL or friend to go with you? It's a fun experience to have someone there with to see the baby on the screen.

I went alone both of my pregnancies...this one, I'm sure I'll go alone again. It doesn't really bother me.

Honestly DH has gone to my first, 20 week ultrasound appt and that was it! I didn't mind it! Why take a day off for the other stuff if he doesn't have to.

Thanks everyone. I guess I will just go alone, I'm sure it will be fine. My mom can't get off work either and I don't have a MIL so it will be solo. I don't really know why I suddenly got worried, I was not ever planning on having him there and just had an "eek, what if something is wrong, I don't want to be on my own" moment. And DH has not been able to go to any appointments yet.

I went alone with DD and with this pg too. It was the same issue both times that DH couldn't get off from work. He came with me with DS though.
