Appraisal
How long after it is ordered was yours done? I am getting nervous because we have to close by Dec 3rd in order for the loan to go through because of my student loans and the only thing we are waiting on is the appraisal!! I know it was ordered two weeks ago and it still has not been done..I'm going crazy and getting nervous now

I would contact your lender and see if they can put a rush on the appraisal. You may have to pay more but it would probably be worth it. With the holiday this week I think you are getting very close to meet that deadline.
