What to eat?!
So I am still suffering some mild nausea. No meats or chicken sound appetizing to me and I am so frustrated that I can't eat healthy. I was such a good eater before pregnancy and now I just want pasta and bread. I know that it could be much worse, but I am trying to force some vegetables in and having lots of trouble. Would you mind listing off some of your go to healthy meals? I am hoping something will sound good! Thanks ladies!

What to eat?!
Eat what you can. Take your vitamins, as the Dr if there are extra vits you can take because you can only stomach certain foods... but dont eat something that is going to make you sick.

I agree with this. I wanted to badly to eat healthy but it was so hard! In the meantime, just choose whole wheat pastas and breads. Bananas were one of the few fruits I could tolerate. It's hard but later on I was able to go back to eating more healthy options.

Yup; like the other posters said-eat what you can. I couldn't get through certain healthy foods without feeling awful. My only safety foods my first 12 weeks were starches. Bagels; Bread; I could manage and eat better during the day if I got through the morning which usually required a bagel or bread of some sort!

I ate carbs only for at least the first 14w because that was all I could stomach. Don't worry so much at the beginning when you're nauseous. It'll ease up soon enough and you'll be able to be more health conscious.
