When is it cheapest to fly to the Carribean?
Usually September bc of hurricane season so resort rates are great too, sandals is usually forty percent off every September and for a few bucks you cn get weather insurance on your vaca. Try cheapcarribean.com. Hope that helps:)

Yup, Hurricane season is the cheapest - September/October.
I think you can snag some deals late August as well.

We went late Aug one year. Left the Mon before Labor Day and flew home Sun before -- super cheap.
Our HM was in late Sept -- again it was super cheap and the hotels were empty because it was hurricane season.

We found the prices on airfare (and hotels too) to be really reasonable the first week in December... They were good the second week too.

Sept/October definitely. We went to Jamaica last September for DH's 30th and it was fantastic. It said rain every single day but we had about 20 minutes TOTAL of rain for the week. And even when it did rain, it was so light and warm we didn't even get out of the water.
