Pulled my back out-not sciatica-help
I've had sciatica before with my other pregnancies, so I know this isn't that. I also had pulled my back out at the gym maybe 5 months ago, and this is the same pain.
I literally walked out the front door yesterday morning and must have twisted wrong. It feels like my butt bone is broken, that's how much it hurts.
I can't take the meds I had from the last time I pulled my back, has anyone tried a chiropractor during pregnancy? I've never been to one and the thought honestly freaks me out with all the cracking, but I'm desperate because I cannot function like this. Any suggestions?

Pulled my back out-not sciatica-help
When I herniated the disc in my lower back last year I went to physical therapy twice a week and it really helped. Since you can't take the pain meds this might be the next best option. Feel better!

I had a herniated disk as well a couple of years ago and did physical therapy, so I know those stretches etc. This is a totally different pain, like someone kicked me in the butt really hard. And now it's going up my back.
