Unexplained IF, if I could offer hope.
I spent my entire journey through infertility as "unexplained". I went through many opinions, procedures, tears, anguish, desperation, jealousy, misery and therapy.
Because of a successful IVF I now have my two precious gorgeous  and we are so in love we can barely stand ourselves! 
I wanted a little hope that there was maybe an answer, even up to the last second...
After my daughters were born and they quickly whisked them away for observation, I cannot even believe what my mind immediately went to as the doctor was sewing me up:
"Hey doc, do you see any evidence of endo in there?"  I'm obviously still thinking about it.
His response? "Nope, none whatsoever".
So, even with unexplained IF, dreams can come true. Miracles happen and science exist for a reason.

LMAO, G how the hell did I even think of it? Seriously I shocked myself. We are over the moon and loving it.
Gina seriously take them in your room 24/7 if you can. Best thing I ever did. Also, say yes to drugs. I mean it.

Yup. I can totally relate as I am an unexplained too. It took many tears and 3 years, 7 iuis, 1 miscarriage, a lap, a D&C, and ultimately my first IVF to get my take home babies ( ). After all that, still unexplained.
Well they said I could still get pregnant on my own especially since there was no reason they could find. I was like yeah, ok, right. Well I got pregnant when my boys were 8 months old (they're a year now) and we weren't trying. So you really just never know.
Sorry I hijacked your post, LiRascal. Just wanted to say I can relate and congrats on your little girls!!!
