tenant rights... We have been having issues with our landlord for over a year. Finally got a new roof after a year but not with out a HUGE fight. Now it leaks more then before and it is getting worse!!!! (Pre-Sandy)... There is mold in the house and we have all been so sick since January. There are numerous other issues that we have addressed but they don't do anything to fix them. Then they put the house on the market and never told us!!! Stuck in a lease.. I live in Nassau County
