Stuffy nose
Does anyone constantly have a stuffy nose?
I am not sick, but it's just stuffy. I have been having awful headaches too. Everything is fine, blood pressure is perfect etc. My dr said the headaches are probably sinus related, so y nose is too, probably.
Can I do anything to relieve the stuffiness?

That's me too. I tried saline spray and gel but it gives me a sore throat so I just deal with it.

I have had a stuffy nose for the third trimester and its sooooo annoying! I sleep with a humidifier and I started using a saline nose spray but its only helped a little. My dr said I can try Zyrtec, which I tried for a week and didn't get any relief so I stopped taking it. I think it's just one of those annoying pregnancy symptoms

This is pretty much what my doctor said. She recommended saline spray but unless I use it every two seconds I still feel like my nose is stuffed or dried out.

Thats what I figured. Its just a stuffy nose with a horrible headache. Maybe I will try saline spray. It just sucks b/c Im not sick. I could understand if I was

You can use saline spray and that's about it. The stuffiness magically goes away once baby is born. I HATED this part of pregnancy... I could never breath

Ditto. I've been using Breath Right strips at night for sleep and they're a godsend!

I used these when I had a cold a couple of weeks ago and they helped so much!

Yes and when it's not stuffy it is running and I am blowing my nose like crazy.
This didn't with my first. Oh the joys of pregnancy

Me!!! My nose is stuffy and dry and I get bloody noses daily. I've had this for a few months already, but it's gotten worse with the cold weather. I use a humidifier at night and just deal with it. There are worse things I could be dealing with. This is just annoying.

You can put a tiny bit of vicks under your nose. It will help clear things up.
