Maternity Bras...

Where did you buy yours and do you like how your boobs look in them? I've been wearing regular bras but the underwire has been making the top of my bump hurt! I tried on two maternity bras this weekend and I felt like my boobs just looked sad and weird and they really haven't even gotten much bigger so it's not like I can blame this on having big boobs...

i just got nursing bras from destination maternity. i find that in order for my boobs to still have some shape, i still needed the underwire.

Maternity Bras...

I got some Pea & the Pod bra's from Macy's. Even when I bought larger size bras the underwire was SO uncomfortable. The shape isn't the best. Sometimes it just sort of looks like a sports bra under my shirt! But they're not sagging and it's pretty comfortable!

i just got regular bras without underwire at Sears which are really comfy and stretchy and actually provide decent support. they will last me till the end and as long as nursing works out, ill buy some of those after.

I got one without underwire from destination maternity. Prior to that I was just wearing regular gigantic bras (my boobs have grown an absurd amount). The bra is comfy but I will probably not end up wearing it with anything fitted because I'm not loving the way it makes my boobs look. I think with how big mine are I have to have underwire.

Maternity Bras...

I also got some from destination maternity, but with no underwire. It was way more comfy than my old bras...especially since I went up a cup size!

Try Target.com. They don't sell them in the store, but when you buy more than $50 online, you get free shipping and can return them in store for free up to 90 days after you bought them. Medela ones aren't bad, but not cheap. If you plan to nurse for a while, I'd invest in a couple.

I'd agree not to go crazy and buy what you can't return... but if you are well into your last trimester, I'd buy from Target.com since you can return for 90 days. I didn't buy nursing bras until after I delivered (actually, that night), and they took a couple weeks to arrive (I wasn't up to trying on bras in the store)...and while I was waiting, I had to remove my shirt and bra each time I nursed...not fun, easy, or comfortable. What'd I suggest is, a month or so before your due date, buying your size, one size up, and one size down, and using them once the baby is born. You will always fluctuate sizes (I got much bigger in the beginning of pregnancy, even larger when my milk came in, and much smaller now, while I'm still nursing my toddler). In the end, do what you feel comfortable with.
