problem with flats

the back part of my flats wont stay on my heel! Its one of those elastic backs, and this is not the first pair that I have the same exact problem with. I

Is there something wrong with my heel?? I like to wear those tiny stocking socks with my flats, I thought they might have been making the backs slippery, so I wore them with no socks at all, and same problem :/, plus I got blisters.

Anyone else experience this?

Have you tried those stick on heel inserts? Not sure if they'll work with the elastic type.
