Full of questions today ;) when did you start cereal & baby fod?
Especially if you EBF ?
I remember with DD I started at 4 months, she was EBF gave her rice cereal at 4 mo and she was miserable for a week, it really hurt her tummy, so my ped said to give her 2 weeks and then start oatmeal (I think) we did and she did great, couple of weeks later we started fruits and veggies. Never had any issues.
Now I see they say start baby food at 6 mo 
So when did you start/ when will you start? And what will be the first food you will introduce? Cereal? Fruit? Veggies?

Full of questions today ;) when did you start cereal & baby fod?
DD is ebf and we're just starting now at 6 months. We tried oatmeal, bananas, and will try squash today. She's still getting the hang of it and barely gets any down. The recommendation is 6 months but it seems most doctors are still suggesting it at 4 months. Not sure why they don't even tell people what the AAP recommendation is.

we started oatmeal around 5 months and then progressed from there.

DS was not BF but we started food at 4 months as he was a hungry baby. I started him on Oatmeal and he did good with it. Then a week later started to mix a bit of fruit with it and he loved it.
At 5 months he was on 3 meals. 6 months we introduced yoghurt. He is up to stage 3 foods and loves everything he gets.

My DD wasn't EBF but we started oatmeal and rice cereal at 4 months. About a week after starting those we went right into Stage 1 foods, both fruits and veggies in no particular order. We tried a new one every 3-4 days. Once we went through all the Stage 1 foods we went right to Stage 2. At 6 months old we started on table foods (she HATED Stage 3 meat meals). She was eating scrambled eggs, shredded chicken, yogurt, cheese, pasta, etc.

Just started oatmeal at 5 months. Ped advised us to skip rice. Was told we could start fruits and veggies in 2-3 weeks.

We just started with oatmeal at 4 months. DS is a formula baby. We did the oatmeal for 2 weeks and we are starting on veggies this weekend.

I started at 4 months. 3 days with rice 3 days for oatmenal then on to any fruits or veggies I wanted andy the time I went back to Ped for his 6mon check up we were through all fruits and veegies and I added in meats and started on table foods (which he still hates)
