Nude patent flats
Anyone recommend any good ones?
Would prefer to keep under $50-$60 if possible
preferably round toe, but open to pointy as well

I have been searching all over the damn place for these. I had a pair but they are just old and raggedy from use.
This one is kinda cute. $40, but I don't know about the back. It seems like it'd be annoying. Unfortunately this is the best I could find! Even the pricier ones weren't too cute to me!  I checked DSW and Zappos as well as actual stores like Steve Madden, Bakers, and Aldo.

I'm obsessed with a pair I own---they are Arturo Chiang. I got them at Century 21 so a bit cheaper (I paid around $60) than these but so comfy and they look great for work. I wear mostly skinny pants or skirts with them, not sure how they'd look with anything bootcut.

I have these, and am almost ready to buy another pair, because I have worn these ones through. They did take some time to break in, and do run narrow.

This! I have two pairs of SM and love them (the nude patent included), but I got similar flats in black patent in Payless are are very comfortable and so much cheaper:
