Where did you find your babysitter/nanny?
I got a few leads from mommy groups on Facebook but I was also told to look at colleges that have early education programs and call them to see if there is a posting you can do.

Where did you find your babysitter/nanny?
I Found my wonderful Nanny on Care.com - really couldn't be happier. I was a little nervous but I called all her references, she had a background check/finger print and we just got a general "feel" from her. Good luck!
