I try to vacuum the high traffic areas (I have hardwoods upstairs too)every day or every other day.
Dust at least once a week. If I was home probably 2-3 times a week.
I need to add we are a no shoes house

I vacuum 2-3 times a week the first floor. The stairs and bedrooms I do once a week but alternate between dust mop and vacuum.

We have hardwood with area rugs and try to vacuum daily... The kitchen area at least 2x per day from crumbs, etc...
