Frosties at LI IVF
I have often read on here that embryos are only frozen if the are blasts...but I thought mine were frozen on day 3. Any of you have day 3 frosties and if so when you defrosted them what was the survival rate? We have 4 and I was planning to have all 4 defrosted and put back whatever looks good. RE said the odds are usually 3 of the 4 will defrost well.

OMG, this is terrible because I'm having trouble remembering....but I think all of mine are day 3. We asked to defrost 1 at a time. We were not told that we lost any so I am assuming the first one survived. Can I ask you something I really should know myself - where does LI IVF store their frozen emryos?

I remember my RE saying they used to store them at a facility related to Mather Hospital but had moved them. I'm not sure where they are currently kept but if I find out in my next conversation with my RE I'll let you know!
