Anyone have experience with this site? Rented from it?
What do you think? Good? Bad?
Seems amazing! Especially for people who have to go somewhere (like, say, black tie) but are on a budget and can't afford to buy a brand new, $ dress!

I haven't used it personally, but a friend of mine has several times and raves about it
i think you only have a window of a day before and after the event to get and return the item, but i know they'll deliver it to you (she used to always have dresses delivered to her at the office). Not sure how you return the dress, but i'm assuming its a similar process

I have used it and I highly recommend it. The website is amazing giving you different reviews on different dresses. Customer service is excellent. Dresses are in perfect conditions and clean. Very easy to order and return right back.

I've used it about 6 times and loved it! Can't say enough great things, customer service was top notch, the reviews online are pretty spot on, the fact that you get two sizes, and a decent price back up dress are just some of the perks! If you usually spend more than 100 dollars on a dress and fall in the habit of only wearing it once, I think the rental fees are pretty decent compared to buying a 200 dollar dress and getting one wear.

My cousin works there!!! She loves the company, and her job. And she said the dresses are amazing, and they have very good customer service!

I use it all the time, its great.
to return a dress, they give you envelop with postage, you just put the dress in there and throw it in a mailbox. Everything they have fits in this envelope.
It could not be easier.
You can rent a second size for a little extra, and if nothing fits they give you credit for the full amount.
If you are first time renter, you can get a discount ($20) if someone invites you. FM me, I'll send you a link.

returning the dress is super easy. they send you an envelope and you stuff the dress in there and just put it in a mailbox.  painless

I am definitely going to have to try this. I am so sick of spending $$$ on dresses that I only wear once, maybe twice if I'm lucky. Most of the events I attend are with at least some of the same people so I feel dumb wearing things more than once. It gets to be such a waste!

My FSIL rented her shower dress and a necklace from there and she looked fantastic! It helps that they send you two sizes too. I've been signed up for over a year, but havent tried it yet and will have to wait now until after baby is born. I do get specials from them via email so sign up for that first and you may get a few bucks off a rental.
