Pillow suggestions please
I wake up every morning with neck and shoulder pain, and most mornings with pain down my arm. I am sooo uncomfortable at night. This is our second mattress in 3 yrs, so I don't think it's the mattress.
Any suggestions on pillows? I am a side or belly sleeper

This is my pillow. I love it (it helped with neck problems)

I got a pillow at the sleep number store and it's soo comfy! it was worth whatever i paid for it.
