Ok ladies help me with this one. I bought my pineapple but how to I cut this up? What's the best way to do this so I can get to the core?
Tell me how you all did this!!!

hi! i always cut the top and bottom off then slice the skin off. cut in quarters and then slice the core out in long strips down the middle of each quarter. enjoy!

I came up with a great way to get the core out!! I was destroying it with the knife so I used a cookie cutter. Works Amazing! I have all sorts of different shapes and I found one that looks like a small child. So now I have 5 Children shape pineapple cores!!
Yep that should do it!!..LOL

I didn't eat pineapple and I got pg.
I think it's just an old wive's tale. Eat it however you want...or don't eat it. Your body does what it's going to do.

pineapple core has bromelaine which aids in implantation. there are so many factors involved with getting pregnant, who's to say what helped and what didnt? i used it anyway to up my odds.
