Do you think this is crazy?
I'm about 90% sure that I am going to do the hypnobabies classes instead of Lamaze or bradley sessions. Does this sound ridiculous? Has anyone here actually done it and can tell me if it is worth is?

why would this be ridiculous? all of them are just different methods of coping/embracing labor. different methods work better for different people.

We took hypnobirthing with my first. It was totally worth it to me, I thought it was great. Why would you think it might be crazy? I took Lamaze too and hypnobirthing was much more helpful for me.

ita. i took a bradley class and loved it, but that doesnt mean everyone will. enjoy your class!
