for those who have had braxton hicks
what do they feel like? I don't recall having them at all with my son.
I am 25w and on occasion, I get a tightening that only lasts maybe 10 seconds - almost feels like LO is stretching out in every direction but I don't feel limb movement (if that makes sense). Wondering if this is BH?

Sounds like BH to me. I get them every day for 10-15 seconds. Usually at night.

Re: for those who have had braxton hicks
That sounds like it to me. I had them my first pg but I didn't realize for quite a while. I thought it was LO rolling up into a ball. This time it's more intense and I am positive it's BH. It feels like a definite tightening, sometimes I even cramp a tiny bit with it (which makes me worry a little) and at times they sorta take my breath away.
I did read that women report experiencing them differently, so I'm sure it's not the same for everyone. From what you describe that sounds like BH to me though.

Re: for those who have had braxton hicks
This is my second pregnancy and I experience them a lot and from earlier in my pregnancy. With my first I did not experience them too much and they were not uncomfortable. This time I am crampy almost all of the time since hitting 28 weeks I am drinking they do not go away as of 35 weeks when they started monitoring me I was having them every 3 minutes.

Sounds like it. I get them if im not in a comfy position or get up from sitting sometimes. Sometimes they last longer too. I usually just guzzle some water and they go away.
