Next Update..**UPDATED!!!
I went in this morning for my next check. I have 2 eggs that are ready for an IUI. One on the left and one on the right. My right side has the blocked tube but I know it can cross over to the good side. They told me not to trigger until I hear from the nurse about my blood test results. My estrogen is low at a 74! This was from the blood that was drawn on Wed. They increased my dosage on the Follistism on Wednesday to 150 for Wed and Thursday night. I am hoping the levels will go up now. I will not know until this afternoon when they call me with the next step. I saw Dr. Halfen afterwatds and he went over everything. Not liking that the levels are so low and is hoping they have gone up. He does not want me to trigger so soon. We were scheduled to have the 1st IUI done Sunday but now that may be pushed off. I asked him if it looks like this is a failed cycle? And he said no. He thinks it's a very good cycle but we just have to get these levels up. We want to do the IUI when ready as they are timing this for us. I am scared that the levels are not going up..I feel sad but trying to stay focused and positive. But this is hard. Has this happened to anyone? Looking for some advice. Waiting for the Dr to call to see what's next...**On pins and needles** right now..
********UPDATE 10/12/12 @ 3:20PM
My RE called and said my levels have gone up. It went from a 74 to a 133!!!! I have an Appt tomorrow morning for another Sono check and more bloodwork. They told me to bring my trigger shot with me. Looks like Monday is the date! I am to continue taking my Follitism tonight at 150. Hoping for more good news tomorrow! Thank You for your support!!

Re: Next Update..
Welcome to infertility land! Seriously though... I know you're new to this... but having these random issues pop up is what the road is all about. It's very rarely smooth sailing from one step to the next- doesn't matter WHO you are or how fast you get knocked up! There will inevitably be a blood level that catches you off guard... a follicle that doesn't mature at the rate you expect....a lining that won't thicken .. a beta that doesn't perfectly double ..... There will be so much on this road that will leave you with your tail between your legs (cat reference. yup.) and just hoping for good news. A textbook cycle would be fantastic - but even then we are left sweating the small stuff. Your doctor told you he thinks this is a good cycle. If anything, I'm sure they can give you some form of estrogen to bring up the levels... A problem is not a problem unless there's nothing you can do to fix it.
Good luck

I have had things happen in just the two months of seeing an RE that the RE has never even seen before.
