I had my first SOF appt today.... and a funny story about my morning
I have 2 10mm foillies, one on both sides, and a bunch of size 8mm on both sides. Dr San Roman said so far so good. I'm going for a repeat on Monday, hopefully those big ones grow!
But I have a question, at CD11 shouldn't they be bigger? The sonographer asked if I have long cycles (which I do), so that may be the reason they're not as large as I expected, but any insight from the experts would be great 
And now to my funny story...
I had my DH set the alarm for 5 so I can get ready for my 7am appointment. He set it and we fell asleep. I woke up to music, so I figured he set the alarm to the radio, instead of the buzzer, so I got up and went in the shower. Made my lunch for work, made some breakfast, sat down to watch the news and saw it was 12:30 AM!!!! DH must have fell asleep and didn't turn off pandora on his phone, so that was the music I heard. And here I am ready to go at 12:30  Whoops

It all depends on your cycle..I have not had mature follies until CD 16 and on CD 13 I was in the same situation as you are...they can grow quickly in a couple of days...do not worry about it...my cycles were 30-35 days depending
that is pretty funny...I forgot to set my alarm and woke up super late

CD 11 and 10mm follies means you'll be ready to trigger in about 4-5 days. This is totally normal, especially if you have longer cycles.
And about the alarm, too funny!

So funny about the alarm! That is something I would have done!
As for the SOF.. this month I went in on CD10 for monitoring.. 2 "small" follies on right.. 0 on the left. Went back on CD14.. the 2 on my right were measured at 10mm and I had 1 on my left at 18mm! Woohoo.
I also have cycles on the longer side.. 30-32 days.
Be positive!!!

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so happy for you and wishing you so many positive vibes this cycle!!!!! Sounds like you should be ready to go and trigger in a few days and its totally normally if they are still "Smaller" if you have a longer cycle!
and i have done the same thing you have done before. its annoying as all heck, but at least you were nice and clean for your Dr. appt, LOL!

Wishing you lots of luck!! It was so great meeting you today!!!! Who knew it was a small world and we go to the same practice! I wish we could of chatted more! DH thought you were nice!
Sounds like a promising cycle!!! Keep me updated! Are you possible going Friday morning? Cause I am!!!!
