+OPK tonight
I'm new to all this, and this will be my first IUI. I got a + LH tonight and I'm FREAKING OUT!! Looks like tomorrow is the day :). I'm trying not to be too excited and just be cautiously optimistic. I took clomid 50mg and i have one follicle +20mm on the right, left is only 12mm. I only have a left tube. Hopefully my Dr is in tomorrow and he will be doing the procedure. I am taking the day from work tomorrow so I can relax, put my feet up and de-stress.
Anyone heard of anything to help improve success rate?

Thank You :) I'm not sure Dr Lydic is in every day. All my exams have been with him but for some reason I remember hearing sometimes he's not there his partner Dr Bronson is. I saw him on Fri when I had my sono.
I just got +OPK this evening, so I have to call the office at 6:30am when they open. Since it was my first time going through this I called today and asked what I should do if + in the evening. The nurse said to call in the morning and they would give me a time and sched IUI for that day.

At my RE they tell you to OPK test between 11am-2pm on your second urinid the of the day...if you get a :) then make IUI for the following day... If you got a :) at night (last night) and went in this morning for IUI ...did they suggest coming back in tomorrow for a B2B IUI?? cover your bases....
:) indicated you will ovulate within 12-36 hours
I always did B2B IUI's and highly suggest trying it!! :)

Thank you so much!!! Went really well!! My dr was there but got called out so I had Dr Stelling and he was great! No pain but some cramping later on. FINGERS CROSSED!!!!!! I go back in a week for bw. Gonna be a long 2 wks ;)
They didn't mention anything about back to back IUI. They said to supplement with BD for the next couple days. If it doesn't work this time I will ask. Thank you for the info :)

They will usually give you the option of Back to back when the timing is close like that, but def. get busy  to up your chances. Remember you just need one good spermie to make it happen. Praying left follie is behaving and doing its thing!!

I couldn't take it and I scanned myself this morning...no more rt follicle so I did ovulate yesterday. 13 more days lol!! I layed on my left side all day yesterday hoping that sucker would find its way to the lt tube lol.
