Re: Recommend your flatiron

I have a Chi Original, this is the exact set I got for Christmas last year, and I absolutely love it:
Chi

ETA: I refuse to use anything other than Chi. I color my hair monthly with a highlight on top, wash/dry/straighten every single day and my hair is thick/unruly. The Chi doesn't damage my hair and leaves it super silky. HTH!!

I also use the Chi.

Ulta often has Chi flatirons on sale -- I got mine for $99 PLUS 15% off with one of their coupons, PLUS a free curling iron. That was a holiday deal. You might not be able to get something that terrific, but they often do Chi sales so you should be able to get something.

This. I used the Chi strictly for years. Then when my Chi died I bought a new one which died in less than 6 months. I was really annoyed. I decided to give the Remington a shot & i LOVE it. It's honestly, for my hair, similar to the Chi, much cheaper, & has lasted for at least 18 months & still going.
