anyone use hydroqinone?

i had dark spots from pregnancy and doc gave it to me hoe did u use it and for how long to see results? tia

anyone use hydroqinone?

Yes . Been using it on and off for years for melasma. Honestly the hydroquinone does not work as effectively as two other rx creams I've used, but the pharmaceutical co's stopped making (triluma and ?? damn forgot the other rx name). It's gonna take a while to see any results. How dark are your spots?

I'd say at least 8-10 weeks to see lightening, if at all. Depends how dark your spots are

I've used it! I used the Proactiv Skin Lightening lotion which worked well for me.

One area to me is dark. As if u burned then tanned with a patch of white in the middle as if u peeled. The other area are just tannish but next to my super pale skin it bugs me. The doc did call it the pregnancy or should I say post pregnancy mask. Mostly foehead and cheek area. Also started finacea for my rosacea. Ty. For responding!!!

Yea, that's what mine looks like too. Worst on my forehead and upper cheek area. Fm if you want to see before/after. But it was with Triluma not the 4% hydroquinone.
