Sent you FM, highly reccomend Marian Marino of floral Park. Sold our coop so quickly and got a very good price for us

I have a great queens agent I can refer you - FM me- she sells tons of co-ops, full time realtor, top 20 under 40 list - and the only other realtor I know that works just as hard as I do!

My mom just used Walt Siefert from Prime Realty to sell her house in Bayside. He was great.
