HELP with water....
I have been super dehydrated during the week. I can't seem to drink water while at work. I've never had this problem before but I really like COLD water right now. If I'm out I can drink glass after glass of ice water but bottled just isn't working....any suggestions?

put some bottles in the freezer the night before and drink them as they melt throughout the day

HELP with water....
they sell these little ice cubes, but in a cyclinder shape so they fit in most water bottles. i've seen them in most drug stores. you can freeze some and them use them throughout the day

HELP with water....
I just got this thing in the powdered drink mix section - "Mio" its a splenda sweetened liquid, makes the water taste better when not ice cold.
