Back pain & Belly Band
Hey! I am new to this website, but I am 23 weeks and have been dealing with sciatica. My OB said I can try the belly band to give me more support to hopefully take away some pressure. He said it will only help until about 30 weeks. I am just started to show over the past 2 weeks or so. Anyone try the belly band, is it worth getting? Thanks for the help!

really? That's interesting. Sorry, I have sciatica too I've just been trying to do yoga to stretch it out and it works for a bit but always comes back. Let me know if it works!!

Welcome!
I have the one from Motherhood. The one that has the optional band across the top of your belly. I don't use the top band though. It definitley helps me with the pelvic pain I have. I haven't had any back pain yet. Thank God!
I don't think he's talking about the belly band like the be band you wear over your pants though. That wont give any support.
