please, please help me find a dress

i am going to a wedding in october and need a dress. its a friday night wedding, but it is in va so i am not sure how fancy it will be and it is on a navy base. i want to stay within 100 price range and the dress needs to be at least knee length bc i will have my 2 kids with me which means i will be bending over, i dont want my butt hanging out, lol. please guide me in a direction, a website preferably!! thanks so much.

I'd say Modcloth, but that always leaves the danger of being too short. They do have longer length dresses, but sometimes they are a little bit more pricey, no idea why. I had looked at this one for an October wedding- it's $155 and that's marked down from $224. I know from the reviews though that it's a nice thick material and longer in length.



ETA: Otherwise I'd check out Nordstrom. I was looking at this dress earlier, too. It's recently marked down to $98 and it's very pretty. I know someone who has it so it's a good length and nice quality.

The bright blue is just one color- they have a nice navy and red and a few lighter colors- lavender, pale blue, pale pink.
