pain in my....
....back
Out of no where yesterday I began having a pain in the center of my lower back/upper butt (not sure how to else to really describe it). It hurts every time i move. right now im sitting at my desk so i am ok, but getting up to walk to the water cooler is painful
is this pregnancy related? is there anything I can do for it? i already took two tylenol but it has not helped.
i thought maybe it was where the baby was sitting, but i felt it moving all night and this morning so i cannot imagine its in the exact same spot for the past 12 hours - but i guess anything is possible.

not sure if it's the same thing but i sometimes have butt pain (just on one side, oddly enough). I read that it's the way the baby sits on the tailbone. Usually, it lasts a day or so and then i'm fine again.
I've found that standing and rotating my pelvis a few times in each direction sometimes helps.

Re: pain in my....
it could also be a sign of dehydration, drink lots of water and try to stretch the area in case it is muscular.
