Cant find any cute Unisex baby stuff
I have one of each so we wanted to keep this baby's gender a surprise. Im a big planner so i dont like surprises but it's what my husband & kids want so i dont want to ruin the fun. I dont feel like i need much for this baby- all i want to have in advance is the travel system, bouncer seat, swing maybe a playyard and a nice coming home outfit along with some additonal clothing. Problem is all the unisex baby gear is so ugly, i dont like the mostly black or the green & brown combos. The travel system i ideally want would be sage green and the one love i fell in love with that i saw a few years ago ( it was like a vintage toile print made by Graco) they no longer make and i cant find it online whatsoever so i been pretty annoyed and bummed I do like the snuggabunny bouncer & swing but my husband thinks it will be too boyish if it ends up a girl- grrr As for the clothing, i cant find any unisex stuff besides the damn duckies Went to several stores and nothing. Anybody have any reccomendations or suggestions on alternative places i should look for nicer, cuter unisex options even if it's an online store ? ( I already tried Babies r us, Kohls , Walmart & Target with no luck) . I have been so irritated and fussy about this

As for an outfit ... Suggestion 1 buy a girl and aboy outfit ... As DH or close friend/relative to be in charge of washing it the day the baby is born and that person returns the other outfit too I also think some stores will let you make a list of clothes for each gender then when you have the baby you call the store and tell them I had a _____ and they wrap up and charge you for the clothes .... My cousin and his wife did that because she was team green and Jewish so she could not buy it before anyway

For my first pregnancy I got a ton of cute neutral every day stuff from Baby Gap. They have a lot of cream pieces. Honestly, though I was either gifted or I bought most of her clothes after she was born. I bought a gender neutral coming home outfit from Bloomingdales, but this time I'm going to buy two gender specific and have my mom wash one after the baby is born. I'll return the other gender after the baby is born.
I actually like most of the gender neutral gear over the specific stuff because I'm not into pink etc. I have the snug a bunny bouncer and the little lamb swing, both are definitely neutral. I have the graco platinum pattern in the infant seat, I don't love the seat, but the Chicco comes in a few neutral patterns too. I don't have a travel system, but why not do black stroller and then accent with color once you have your baby since you don't love brown and green.

I love the cocoa sorbet FP series. I think it's very gender neutral, but it's greens, browns, pale orange, and blue so I don't know if you think that's too boyish. I had bought the bouncy seat and high chair in that pattern for DD and now we are having a boy and I think it still goes perfectly for him.
As far as travel system, what about the britax system? Their seats are very gender neutral colors and patterns. We have a b ready and b safe, but the b agile and b safe also snap together and are a great option.
Since you already have one of each, you should be pretty set with clothing at the very beginning so just wait and buy after. I had bought several outfits for DD at the gap that were actually marked for boys (a lot of green / turtle type stuff) that we loved her in and can reuse this time. I guess it depends on how willing you are to bend a little on the gender thing. You can always "accessorize" with the more gender-telling items (like dolls, blankets, rattles, etc) after the baby is born.

Im not crazy about the gender neutral baby stuff selection either. Although we know we are having a boy, I still registered for all the gender neutral big ticket items (in case our next baby is a girl we can just reuse it). I wish I had recommendations, but I just ended up registering for whatever was available. I figure the color of a rock and play should be the least of my concerns!

I am team also, and it is definitely difficult to find gender neutral things. To be honest, I wasn't too concerned with what the baby gear looked like, but bedding and clothing has definitely been a bit of a challenge. Like Sandra, I've actually bought a few outfits from the 'boy' sections in stores. You can find more in the boy section that could go either way than in the girl's, although you may even find a few mixed in there too. I do have a lot of duckie clothes for the beginning, I will admit, but I think they're cute and s/he won't be in them for very long anyway. I'm sure we will get a lot of gender specific clothes once the baby is born!

We have the snug a bunny swing and bouncer and are having a girl. I personally don't think it is boyish or girlish and is perfect for either sex.
Get a boy and girl coming home outfit and have someone wash it after u deliver
Good luck!
