Diaper pails?
I'm so confused ... people say they stink... literally .. I at least wanted to try one out and put it on my registry but which one does everyone use? if you have one please give me your insight!

Diaper pails?
Mine lasted until 15 months without any sort of smell. Then it very suddenly started to stink. But that's a pretty good run, 15 months! I have a diaper champ (it takes regular bags, too). I actually just bought a new one for #2.

Diaper pails?
I have the Arm and Hammer pail. I like it a lot. I don't use it in the summer though because Ds's room gets hot and it gets stinky!! I'm going to start using again soon though, as soon as I buy more bags.
Everytime I change the bag I would wipe it down with a lysol wipe and spray with either lysol or frebreeze. I also changed the baking soda thing once a month whether it needed it or not.

Diaper pails?
I have the diaper genie that my friend used on her child for years. Ive been using it for the past 4 months and I have no issues with it. I think it's great... No smell escapes whatsoever which is amazing bc my dd's breastfed poop smelled horrid lol

I have the diaper genie. I do not have an issue with it smelling. I do empty it on a regular basis.....I guess if people let the diapers sit and keep shoving more in then it might start to smell. I have had it for 9 months.

i've been using it for 11 months now... if the room gets really hot and i haven't changed the bag in a couple of days, I notice a slight odor. IMO as long as you use it properly and keep it clean/change the bag, it shouldn't smell.
i have the diaper genie.
