nyc girls - where did you order your crib from?

We've been holding off on buying a crib, because we are moving in early October, and wanted to wait until we had a new address. Now that we finally have one, it's crunch time for us! We are getting our dresser, changing table and bookcase from Belini, but really want a Pali crib. We've found some retailers in the city who sell that brand, but read some mixed reviews on customer service. Any suggestions would be super helpful!

It was a few years ago, but we got our Pali furniture from Katz in the Cradle in Brooklyn. I'm not a city girl, but they delivered to LI no problem and were still a lot cheaper than the price we got at Behrs.

They don't really have a showroom, which I would guess is how they can offer lower prices, but if you know what you want, they will give you a price quote over the phone.

We had a great experience with them and they had come recommended from friends.

Oh, and if you plan on calling them, I would wait until after the holiday ends

We got our Pali crib from BambiBaby in NJ - service & delivery was impeccable!! They have a large showroom of cribs in West NY.

Schneiders on W. 25th street is great. Been around many years, knowledgeable sales people.
