"Good" News
Another Update from the Urologist
So the ultrasound confirmed that my DH has significant right varicocele. They suggested surgery to correct it, which we are looking into.
They also believe he has low testesterone, but that diagnosis is pending blood results. They will give him anastrazole to lower his estrogen, which in turn should raise his testesterone levels.
Apparently, you only see results from the surgery after 3 months so noe we are in a holding pattern until this all gets sorted out. I do, however, feel much better since now we have some answers and some sort of plan, which will hopefully improve the embryo quality.

My very good friends husband had the same thing. DD is result of an IVF cycle. don't know the details behind that IVF cycle as to what they did with him. I think he may have had TESE. Not sure. After that he had the surgery to correct it and DS was au natural. Good luck, it does work!!!

My DH is having the surgery for the same thing in two weeks and we were told 3 months until all of his presurgical sperm is out of his system. Let's hope it works
