If you call the Ped for a day-of vist.....
.... are you calling at 9:01 AM?
My doc opens at 9:00 and I have to bring all three in today for being sick  .
I wonder if I should wait until :10 after to call, or just jump on the phone ASAP?

I call a few mins. after 9.
Our ped. offers walk in hours before then, but, sometimes the receptionist isn't there until 9 (actually, the phones probably don't even turn on til 9).
I give them a few mins to "settle in" and then I call.

I call like 3 minutes after, b/c in the past I've never gotten them on the dot or 1 after

i call 15 minutes before they start seeing patients.
Dr office opens at 9 i call at 8:45 when they start to answer the phones

I actually call before they open and leave a message. If I don't get a call within 30 minutes of them opening, I call back. That's only happened once though.

i call within 15 min of them opening. Usually if they open at 9, the phones go to the answering service until 9. So I want to speak with the office, so I wait a few minutes.
