Prenatal Yoga in Farmingdale
Just got an email from Inner Balance that they are starting a Prenatal Yoga class on Sept. 27th at 6pm. Its a 6 week course (that you can start at any time). The classes are on Thursdays at 6pm.
$90.00 for the 6 week course.
