Please help - smell related

I know this is a completely ridiculous sounding problem, but it is actually affecting my quality of life in my house and I need some fresh suggestions.

We redid our bathroom over this summer. I BEGGED DH because the more renovations we can get done before the baby the better. Now for the problem - the new bathroom has this scent that is making me dry heave. I have had NO morning sickness, not nauseous, nothing! But I can not stomach the smell of the bathroom. It is the only one in my house and it has gotten so bad that just thinking about going in there makes me feel sick.

I have tried diffusers, plug ins, candles, potporie, drier sheets, fabreeze, even fresh flowers and coffee beans. Nothing is working and it is becoming a little overwhelming.

Anyone have any advice or similar experiences? Please help!!

if it is a real odor, try leaving baking soda in a dish in the room--it will absorb the smell if there really is one.
Otherwise, it may just be your hormones on overdrive.

I hate the smell in my bathroom too!!!! NO matter how much it gets cleaned I feel like it always smells. Candles help sometimes, but it is only temporary. It makes me want to puke everytime!! So I understand what you are going through.
