Drug Store Prenatals vs Perscription Prenatals
I started taking Prenatals that I got at CVS but I see that a lot of people get theirs by rx. Is there really a difference?
I haven't had any issues getting sick with these so I was hoping to just keep taking the Women's One a Day the whole time. Of course I'll ask m dr., but I still have 2 weeks before my 1st appointment.

OTCs are ok but make sure you're taking a prenatal with DHA. I take One-a-Day Prenatals with DHA supplement.
Women's One-a-Day is not a prenatal - it's just a multivitamin. You should be ok if you buy the prenatals with DHA.

I used the Rite aid brand prenatals with both of my pregnancies. I just made sure to take a separate DHA supplement. The OTC prenatals are fine.

I'm taking the same thing, Womens One a Day Prenatal with the DHA/EPA supplement liquid gel. Looks like I'm covered.

I only take a prescription one because the OTC ones started to make me extremely extremely sick after I got pregnant. I take a vegetarian single pill with DHA called Vitafol-One. Also, with my insurance, the pill is covered 100% whereas OTC I'd be paying out of pocket. Ironic that the prescription ones are "cheaper" for me.
Sounds like you're doing fine!
