How did you handle the morning sickness on the train? I sat in a car with a bathroom and bought plastic bags just in case I have to throw up but I'm so nauseas and riding on the train sucks. I'm dreading the subway.

I did those two things as well, but also found that having a snack helped. When I was still at the beginning, I could only eat dry carve, pretzels, crackers, dry toast, but I found it really helped settle my stomach. Even now at almost 27wk, I still have to eat something or else I'm nauseous by the time I get here. Also, not breathing through your nose helps on the sunway, why does it seem to stink so much more when your pregnant???

Bags Bags Bags. I wwas sick for the first 15 weeks and always had bags on me. I used freezer zip locks cause they are sturdy.

Also if you really are having an issue ask for Zofran. I'm not big on taking things but I found on the really bad days if I took it in the mornign I coudl at least get to work without getting sick.

Re: Commuters.

Always a train car with a bathroom, tripled up plastic bags, crackers, a bottle of water and a few prayers.

I had horrible morning sickness from week 9 to week 16 and threw up daily at work, but I never once puked on the train!

Good luck.

I was nauseous and I found sitting on the newer subway cars made me more nauseous so I would seek out the local older subway cars. Orange peels helped with the nausea and trying to sleep on the train helped a lot too.

As long as I was sitting and had a bottle of water I was usually ok. I'd just sip the water.

My morning sickness just started and its bad. The smells on the train and ppl eatting food keeps getting me. I have something with a lemon kind of sent in my bag. It seemed to help. I guess I will get a whole bunch of lemons lol.

:(

Try the motion sickness wrist bands - you can get them at a drug store for under $10.

They really work!

I literally just got prego pops today. I haven't kept a meal down in two days! Try not to eat a good hr before the train or bring something like crackers on the train.
