another househunting disaster!
we went to see a house on East Northport yesterday...
its SUCH a shame, because the house has a great layout - nice neighborhood.
and FH said the house is too far for him to renovate - talking massive water damage, signs of termites, the plumbing and elec need to be updated. it used to have an apartment upstairs, so we would have to take down a kitchen upstairs.
and the house was close to $400K - it was actually $425 and the dropped the price.
why can't people just take care of their houses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! such a dissapointment!
