When do you pack up the really summery clothes?
I know that it will probably get warmer again before the weather stays cool, but when do you pack up all the really summery clothes - shorts and tanks?
I'm always excited to start have DD wearing the newer things in her closet

In the beginning of October I'll put away all the shorts and tanks but I'll leave out some short sleeved tops for a little while longer.

honestly, when they stop wearing them.
I alwasy leave out the Tshirts b/c my boys wear them all year (w/ thermals or whatever underneath) shorts, swimsuits, tanks etc either go in the good will bag (Colin) or in the plastic bins (Sean's for Colin to grow into)

I just switched DS' closet today. I left out five pairs of my favorite shorts, a bathing suit (we may still have some beach days left)  and all his short sleeved t-shirts. He will wear the T-Shirts all year round and he can just wear jeans if we run out of shorts.

I will most likely make a partial closet switch next weekend. I leave out the larger t-shirts and a couple of favorite pairs of shorts. I think this year will be colder than last year. Last year I kept waiting to put short sleeve shirts away and I did not do it at all.

End of oct when i do mine. Its going to be in tbe 80s by the end of this week. Too hot for heavy clothes IMO
