We like San Jusn, lots of hotels, restaurants, nice beach and it's minutes from the airport. We usually stay at the El San Juan or the Ritz

I think the closest you'll find to all-inclusive is at El Conquistador in Fajardo (it's on the east side of the island - I want to say it's about an hour drive from San Juan but I can't remember exactly).
