Who would I get to do this?

Ok so the driveway is right next to the fence for our backyard. We go into the house through the back door. We get out of the car and walk to the deck and into the back door. There is no walkway or pavers from the driveway to the deck. It was just grass but after years and years of people walking this path to the deck from the driveway there is no longer grass, it's become a path and eyesore. Also, the dirt has worn down because of all the walking and it's a lower level then the rest of the yard so when it rains it's very muddy and puddles making it impossible to walk out of the back gate to the driveway without walking through a huge muddy puddle.
We have a large circle of slate squares on the other side of the yard because when dh was little they had an above groud pool on top on the slate and now the pool isn't there so I would like to get rid of that eye sore as well and take the slate squares and use them for a walkway and plant grass around it but the land needs to be level before the squares can go down and I don't know what else has to be done before the slate goes down and I don't have the time with two under two so I'd just like to hire someone to come do this for me. Who would I get? My landscaper or someone else?

Your landscaper should be able to do it. They will need to get some dirt to regrade the path and then if you want them to just use the slates they should be able to lay them out into a walkway. Then they can seed. Definitely ask your landscaper.

My landscaper leveled our yard and also placed square pavers/brinks along our one walkway on the side of the house.
