insane knee pain
i don't know what to do, what CAN i do? my right knee is making me feel about 98 years old  when I go up and down stairs, when I stand up, when I lay in certain positions for too long. It isn't weight gain (i've only gained 1-3 lbs depending on the day) ... i've always had bad knees from years and years of sports but this is crazy. 
i wonder if there is anything that can be done? i  this is just hormone related and will clear up once the baby comes? anyone else?
is it even worth mentioning to my OB? can they prescribe NSAIDs?

insane knee pain
Is is specifically the knee? I had bad leg pains in the 3rd tri and my doc suggested bananas or coconut water for the potassium. It helped a lot!!

yes, specifically my knee joint. Almost like it is just bone on bone

thanks, i have an appt on Tuesday, I will bring it up  anything at this point
