Anxious ...
Im the matron of honor at my brothers wedding this Friday. I have to give a toast. I hate public speaking and usually Id have a few drinks to relax a bit before doing this, obv I cant though.
Ive been getting winded so much lately. Like mid conversation I run out of breath and need to just breathe a bit. Im so so nervous thats going to happen while Im giving this toast!
i dont know what the point of this post is ... im just worrieddddd

Im sure the guests and your bro & sil will understand.... most speeches are on the awkward side anyway.... Will sitting down make you feel better?

No, it happens whether im sitting or standing. Its such shallow breathing at this point as it is. What if I just need a break from talking?! Oh god .. I hate this. haha

Thanks! Its pretty long. Not long long but like a whole page on word. I wanted to talk about them both since Im so close to my brother, I didnt want to shorten it up just because I dont like doing this sort of thing, I felt like thats cheating them out of what I want to say.

im in the same boat on Sunday!! i am the MOH at my best friends wedding.. eeeeekkk lol all i can say is good luck and take your time with it.. im sure you'll do great
